MATAKANA AFFORESTATION DEVELOPMENT CO., LIMITED.
IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
At an extraordinary meeting of shareholders of the above company, held on the 18th November, 1930, the following resolution was passed, and at a further extraordinary meeting held on the 2nd December, 1930, the same was confirmed:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. George William Sanders, Mr. Frederick Charles Buddle, and Mr. William Frederick Sinclair be appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.”

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of Piako Stores, Limited, Te Aroha.
Notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above company, held at Te Aroha on 24th November, 1930, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908.”
At the same meeting a further resolution was passed appointing Guy Howard Vereker Bindon, of Hamilton, Public Accountant, Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of Alfred Chance, Limited, a Private Company.
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the company duly convened on the 2nd day of December, 1930, the following resolution was minuted and signed in accordance with provisions of subsection (6), section 168, of the Companies Act, 1908:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Alfred Chance, of Wellington, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and its amendments, and in the matter of Bate and Bell, Limited (in Liquidation).
Notice is hereby given that the above-named company has entered into voluntary liquidation, and all creditors of the company are hereby required, on or before the 6th day of January, 1931, to send their names and addresses, and detailed particulars of their debts and claims and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to William Harvey, Esquire, Liquidator of Bate and Bell, Limited (in Liquidation), P.O. Box 155, Napier; and, if so desired by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are personally, or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their respective debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, otherwise they will be excluded from participation in the distribution of the assets.

“That Laurie and Company, Limited, be wound up voluntarily, and that John Stanhope Reid, Solicitor, and Maurice John Power, Public Accountant, both of Lower Hutt, be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.”

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Russell Ewing Hastie, of 213 Manchester Street, Christchurch, be appointed Liquidator of the company.”
