Appointment of Deputy District Public Trustee.
NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of the power and authority vested in me by section 3 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1921–22, I, the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand, have appointed Henry Williams, of the Public Trust Office, New Plymouth, to be Deputy of the District Public Trustee, New Plymouth, during the absence of such District Public Trustee from his headquarters, and all previous appointments in this behalf are hereby revoked.

Honorary Lieutenant and Bandmaster C. T. Cimino resigns his commission. Dated 27th September, 1930.
THE REGIMENT OF N.Z. ARTILLERY.
Captain F. M. Mitchell, M.C., 9th Field Battery, is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), R.D. 10. Dated 1st October, 1930.
2nd Lieutenant G. A. Perry, 14th Medium Battery, to be Lieutenant. Dated 15th September, 1930.

The Auckland Regiment (Countess of Ranfurly’s Own).

The notice published in the N.Z. Gazette No. 48, dated 27th June, 1929, relative to Major G. W. Massingham, M.C., is hereby cancelled, and the following substituted :—
“Graham William Massingham, M.C., to be Major, with seniority as from 28th November, 1928, and is posted to the 2nd C Battalion. Dated 28th May, 1929.”
