EVIDENCE having been supplied of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 60, folio 85, for Lot 4, plan 2679, containing 2 acres, at corner of Riverslea and Murdoch Roads, Hastings, whereof DAVID FRANCIS SILK KEMP, of Hastings, Farmer, is the registered proprietor, and application having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in place of the above, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue such new certificate of title after the 24th day of October, 1930, unless good cause be shown.
