SCHEDULE.
SOUTHLAND ACCLIMATIZATION DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, bounded by a line commencing at the head of Bligh Sound, and proceeding thence along a right line passing through Cloudy Pass and Castle Mount to the summit of the range forming the eastern watershed of the Clinton River; thence southerly along the summit of that range to Mount Eglinton, along a right line to Round Peaks, along the summit of the western watershed of Lake Wakatipu to Jane Peak; thence along a right line to Eyre Peak; thence along a right line to the source of the Mataura River, and down the middle of the Mataura River to the sea; thence westerly and northerly generally along the sea-coast to the point of commencement, including all adjacent islands.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 6th day of October, 1930.

Declaring Land in the Gisborne Land District to be subject to the Land for Settlements Act, 1925.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section one hundred and five of the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, and shall hereafter form part of the Ohuka Settlement.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District, containing by admeasurement 14 acres 2 roods 8 perches, more or less, being Lot 6 of Section 5, Block 6, Taramarama Survey District: Bounded towards the north by Lot 1, Section 5, and a public road; towards the east by Lot 2 and Lot 5, Section 5; towards the south by the Waikaretaheke River; and towards the west by part Section 5, D.P. 1667 : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 1st day of October, 1930.

Notifying Land in Auckland Land District for Sale by Public Auction.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section one hundred and thirty-two of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the twenty-ninth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, as the time at which the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction for cash or on deferred payments, and I do hereby fix the price at which the said land shall be sold as that mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-FIRST-CLASS LAND.
Hauraki Plains County.--Pipiroa Suburbs.
SECTION 9/11, Block III : Area, 3 acres. Upset price, £30. Weighted with £15, for improvements comprising trough and piping, also approximately 20 chains fencing. This amount is payable in cash.
Sections situated in the Pipiroa Township, having a frontage to the main Waitakaruru-Pipiroa Road. Service-cars between Auckland and Thames pass the property daily. These sections would prove suitable to any settler holding an area in the locality.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section one hundred and thirty-two of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Monday, the tenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, as the time at which the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction for cash, and I do hereby fix the price at which the said land shall be sold as that mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT-FIRST-CLASS LAND.
Patangata County.--Porangahau Survey District.
SECTION 3, Block XII : Area, 4 acres 1 rood 12 perches. Upset price, £100. The fence on the boundary is included in the price of the land.
Situated about thirty miles from Waipukurau Railway-station, and adjoining the Township of Porangahau. Terrace land on the banks of the Porangahau River ; liable to flooding. Suitable for cattle and sheep grazing.
