All that area of national-endowment land containing 205 acres, more or less, being part of Section 2896, situated in Block V, Brunner Survey District, held under Warden’s grant No. 40/24, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the eastern boundary of Section 2896, 5300 links due south of the north-eastern corner of the said section, and proceeding due south along the said boundary for 2050 links; thence on a bearing of 276° 30′ for 3000 links; thence on a bearing of 302° for 5000 links to a point on the western boundary of the said section; thence on a bearing of 31° 30′ for 2900 links; thence on a bearing of 121° 30′ for 6600 links to the point of commencement. Provisional State Forest No. 1735.

All that area of national-endowment land containing 390 acres, more or less, situated in Block II, Brunner Survey District, being Sections 3593, 3597, and 2882, excepting therefrom, however, part of Section 2882, held under Warden’s grant No. 44/20, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 2882, and proceeding along its southern boundary to a point on the eastern side of the Greymouth – Moana Road; thence north-easterly on a bearing of 18° 30′ for 5150 links, and thence along the eastern boundary of the said section to the point of commencement. Also excepting that part of Section 2882, bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the Kotuku – Bell Hill Road, 1160·2 links north-west of the easternmost corner of the said Section 2882, and proceeding in a southerly direction for 500 links; thence in a westerly direction 286° 44′ for 4000 links; thence northerly for 450 links to a point on the south side of the said Kotuku – Bell Hill Road, 430 links east of the north-eastern corner of the Town of Kotuku; and thence along the said road-side to the point of commencement. All that area of national-endowment land containing 84 acres, more or less, situated in Block III, Brunner Survey District, being part of Section 2758, held under Warden’s grant No. 72/24, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point 800 links due east of the south-western corner of the said Section 2758, and proceeding

on a bearing of 97° for 1400 links; thence on a bearing of 116° for 5600 links; thence on a bearing of 194° for 2100 links; thence on a bearing of 308° 30′ for 7500 links to the point of commencement. Provisional State Forest No. 1739.

All that area of national-endowment land containing 200 acres, more or less, situated in Block XI, Hohonu Survey District, held under Warden’s grant No. 39/21, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 2441, and proceeding along the eastern boundary of the said section, 4572·6 links; thence along the southern boundary of Section 2440 for 5749·6 links; thence along the western boundary of Section 857 for 4957·1 links and 360 links; and thence on a bearing of 270° 07′ for 3370 links to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 126/23, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Provisional State Forest No. 1740.

All that area of Crown land containing 284 acres, more or less, situated in Block XI, Hohonu Survey District, held under Warden’s grants Nos. 39/21 and 40/21, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the south-western corner of Section 2441 and proceeding along the southern boundary of the said section, 3033·5 links, and that boundary produced 3370 links to a point on the western boundary of Section 857, 160 links north-west to Tube XI; thence along the western boundary of the said Section 857 for 2001 links; thence on a bearing of 81° 39′ for 2760 links; thence on a bearing of 171° 39′ for 1390 links; thence on a bearing of 69° 12′ for 4916 links; thence on a bearing of 171° 39′ for 2450 links; thence on a bearing of 81° 39′ for 1194·5 links to a road reserve; and thence along the said road reserve on a bearing of 24° 39′ for 3500 links to the point of commencement. All that area of national-endowment land containing 60 acres, more or less, being part of Section 3174, situated in Block II, Turiwhate Survey District, held under Warden’s grant No. 1520, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the most westerly point of the said Section 3174, and proceeding along its north-western boundary for 2500 links; thence on a bearing of 141° for 4600 links; thence on a bearing of 257° for 600 links; thence on a bearing of 310° for 3000 links; thence on a bearing of 277° for 2000 links to a point on the south-western boundary of the said section; and thence north-westerly along the said boundary to the point of commencement.
