ERRATUM.—In the Schedule to the Order in Council dated the 8th day of September, 1930, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 64, of the 11th day of the same month, at page 2751, authorizing the laying-off of a street in the City of Christchurch of a width of less than 66 ft. but not less than 40 ft., for the description of the area of 1 rood 2·9 perches read “part Town Sections 602, 603, 604, and 605” in lieu of “part Town Sections 600, 601, 602, and 603.”

Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through the Whaitiripapa, Tapatahi, and Ruatoki 1a No. 6 Blocks, Auckland Land District, to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the twentieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, duly laid off as a road-line, in pursuance of sections forty-nine and fifty of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 :
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section fifty-one of the said Act :
And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned in terms of section fifteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914 :
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road :
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by sections forty-nine and fifty of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, and in so far as each of these sections is applicable, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.

Situated in Block VI, Waimana Survey District. (Plan 12962, red.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1784, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2424, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of October, 1930.
