BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred upon
me by the Electoral Act, 1927, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
abolish all existing polling-places, and do hereby appoint the
places mentioned in the Schedule hereto to be the polling-
places in the said Electoral District of Waipawa.

Declaration as to Quarantine Station.—(H.H. 101.)
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred on me by section ninety-seven of the Health
Act, 1920, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke portion of
the schedule to a declaration as to quarantine stations made
on the fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty-two, and published on page 2401 of the New
Zealand Gazette No. 67, dated the seventh day of September,
one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, insofar as it
refers to the Auckland Harbour, and do hereby substitute
therefor the following :-
"Auckland Harbour.—All that area in the North Auckland
Land District containing by admeasurement 31 acres 1 rood
30 perches, more or less, being part of Motuihi Island, in
Block XIII, Rangitoto Survey District, bounded, commencing
at a point being Iron Pin on mean high-water mark of the
Auckland Harbour, on the south-east generally by that
portion of Motuihi Island set apart for the purpose of a
recreation-ground by a Proclamation dated the third day of
July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, and published
on page 2074 of the New Zealand Gazette No. 49, dated the
third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, on
the south-west, west, north-west, and north-east generally
by mean high-water mark of the Auckland Harbour, to the
point of commencement : As the same is more particularly
delineated on a plan marked H. 145/3/24 and deposited in the
Head Office of the Department of Health, Wellington, and
thereon edged red."
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General this 12th day of September, 1930.

PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by section 49 (1)
of the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, I, Alfred James
Murdoch, Minister of Agriculture, hereby appoint
Alexander James MacLaine
to be the Returning Officer to hold the first election of members
of the Board of the Waihopai Rabbit District constituted
under the said Act and to prepare the first ratepayers' list
for the said district.
