Defining the Middle-line of a further Portion of the South Island Main Trunk Railway (Portions of Clarence and Aniseed Sections).

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a further portion of the South Island Main Trunk Railway (portions of Clarence and Aniseed Sections) shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on the north bank of the Clarence River opposite Section 22, Block XI, Puhipuhi Survey District, marked 76 miles 30 chains (which point is identical with the point marked 75 miles 66 chains on plan P.W.D. 76180, mentioned in a Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-second day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine), and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 4 miles 50 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz.: Sections 17, 23, 19, and 26 (gravel reserve) Block XI, Puhipuhi Survey District; S.G.R. 112, Sections 1A 3 of 2, 1A 2 of 2, 1A 1 of 2, and 1B 2 of 2, Mangamaunu Native Block, Block XIV, Puhipuhi Survey District, and terminating at a point on the road reserve opposite the south-eastern corner of Section Pt. 1c of 2, Mangamaunu Native Block, Block XIV, Puhipuhi Survey District, marked 81 miles; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Marlborough Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79635, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Blocks III, VI, and VII, Waimana Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks III, VI, and VII, Waimana Survey District, shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on the northern boundary of Waimana 1c No. 2 Block opposite the south-eastern corner of Section 4, Waimana Settlement, Block III, Waimana Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally and passing in, into, through, or over the said Waimana 1c No. 2 Block, Blocks III, VII, and VI, Waimana Survey District, and terminating at a point on the western boundary of the said Waimana 1c No. 2 Block in Block VI, Waimana Survey District, being a distance of 1 m. 25 chs., more or less,

including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79441, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of September, 1930.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 acre 0 roods 24·6 perches.

Being portion of railway land (part Allotment 31A, Okaihau Parish).

Situated in Block VI, Omapere Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24267.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 69871, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.
