ERRATA.

In the Second Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 3rd day of September, 1930, and published in Gazette No. 64, of the 11th day of the same month, at page 2745, proclaiming land as a road and road closed in Block II, Akatarawa Survey District, Hutt County, for the description of the piece of road closed, comprising 3 roods 15 perches, read “Adjoining or passing through Section 414, Hutt District,” in lieu of “Adjoining or passing through Section 514, Hutt District.”

In the Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 3rd day of September, 1930, and published in Gazette No. 64, of the 11th day of the same month, at page 2747, taking land for the development of water-power, Mangahao Scheme (Melling substation site), read “Borough of Lower Hutt” in lieu of “Borough of Hutt.”

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Hawke’s Bay Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-eighth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the Gazette of the thirtieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, setting apart lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 4, Block VIII, Puketapu Survey District: Area, 583 acres.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of September, 1930.

Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a Post-office in Block X, Kawhia South Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a post-office; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 18 perches.
Being Crown land adjoining the Mangahine Stream.
Situated in Block X, Kawhia South Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25584.)
