Land proclaimed as a Street in the Borough of New Plymouth.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of New Plymouth, described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 6·63 perches.
Being portion of part Lot 1 (D.P. 2708), being part Section 88, Fitzroy District.
Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District (Borough of New Plymouth).
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79654, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of September, 1930.
