Appointment of Members of Board of Health under the Health Act, 1920.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Health Act, 1920, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby reappoint
Lady Luke, C.B.E.,
The Honourable William Henry Triggs, M.L.C., and
Francis William MacLean, Esquire, M. Inst. C.E.,
as members of the Board of Health under the aforesaid Act for a period of three years from the 20th day of August, 1930, and further do hereby appoint
Frederick Castle, Esquire, J.P.,
to be a member of the said Board of Health for the same period from the 29th day of August, 1930.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 16th day of August, 1930.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section fifty-five of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
The Pleasant Point Town Board
to be trustees of the Pleasant Point Public Cemetery as described in the Schedule hereto, and to have the control and management of the said cemetery.

SECTION 1581, Pareora Survey District, Canterbury Land District: Area, 23 acres, more or less.
