NOTICE is hereby given that the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Gisborne on the 9th day of September, 1930, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, that unless sufficient cause be shown to the contrary within three months from the date hereof the mining privileges mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Register.

NOTICE is hereby given that the license of the under-mentioned land having been declared forfeited by resolution of the Gisborne Land Board, the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

TENURE: O.R.P. Lease No. 3274. Section 2, Block XIV, Waioeka Survey District. Lessee: Waima Sheep-farming Company (Manager, W. R. Young). Reason for forfeiture: Non-compliance with conditions of license.

Pastoral License in the Marlborough Land District liable to Forfeiture.

NOTICE is hereby given to the licensee of Pastoral Run 16A, Hodder Survey District, Awatere County, that the Land Board resolved, in accordance with the provisions of section 265 of the Land Act, 1924, that by reason of the failure of the licensee to pay rents, interest, and penalties within one month after such payments fell due, the said license is liable to forfeiture.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land will be opened for selection in terms of the Land Act, 1924, and applications will be received at the Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Monday, 29th September, 1930.

Applicants should appear personally before the Land Board for examination at the Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Tuesday, 30th September, 1930, at 10 o’clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he
