Delegating Powers under the Cemeteries Act, 1908, to the Waimea County Council.—(H.C. 76.)

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of August, 1930.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Cemeteries Act, 1908, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby delegate to the Council of the County of Waimea the powers conferred on him by section four of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, as to the appointment and removal of trustees for the cemetery described in the Schedule hereto, and doth declare that this Order in Council shall take effect from the thirty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.

SANDY BAY PUBLIC CEMETERY.
PART of Section 29, Square No. 9, Block VIII, Kaiteriteri Survey District, Nelson Land District : Area, 2 roods 4 perches, more or less.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Warrington Domain.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of August, 1930.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint Henry Douglas Woodford Brewer, John George Butler, Donald George MacKay, James Louis Salmond, Charles Stanley Smith, John Jefferson Counsell Stephens, and James Bruce Waters, to be the Warrington Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the thirtieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and Mr. Couper's Store, Warrington, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Turua Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of August, 1930.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the fourteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-third day of that month, appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Turua Domain, and doth hereby appoint The Turua Town Board to be the Turua Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, at half past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Town Board Office, Turua, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
TURUA DOMAIN.—AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Lots 264, 265, 266, 267, 268, and 269, Town of Turua Extension No. 2, Block III, Waihou Survey District : Area, 7 acres 2 roods 26·34 perches, more or less.
Revoking Board of Trade (Sugar) Regulations, 1921.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of August, 1930.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section twenty-six of the Board of Trade Act, 1919, as amended by the Board of Trade Amendment Act, 1923, and of every power and authority enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, revoke as on and from the eleventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, the Order in Council making Board of Trade Regulations mentioned in Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ORDER IN COUNCIL of the 30th August, 1921, published at page 2225 of the Gazette, Number 79, of that year, making it unlawful to sell or offer for sale sugar refined outside the Dominion unless each package in which such sugar is delivered bears the word “sugar” preceded by the name of the country in which the said sugar was refined, Board of Trade (Sugar) Regulations, 1921.

The North-eastern Side of Portion of Montague Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of August, 1930.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the twenty-third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, viz:—
“That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to portion of the north-eastern side of Montague Street, in the said City of Dunedin, where such portion of street abuts on Lot 35 and part Lot 32, Township of Dalkeith; as the said portion of street is more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto and is thereon coloured brown and edged with red to its centre-line”;
