In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter
of GRANGE ESTATE, LIMITED.

RESOLUTION passed pursuant to section 168 (6) of the
Companies Act, 1908:-

Resolved : That the company be wound up voluntarily,
and that GERALD FITZGERALD and HENRY ARTHUR GOLD be
appointed Liquidators.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting between the undersigned, at Petone, in the
business of Fibrous Plaster Manufacturers, under the style of
"Cameron and Gray," has been dissolved by mutual consent
as from 1st April, 1930.

The business has been as from that date acquired by R.
Cameron and Company, Limited, who will carry on business
at the premises of the Partnership, to whom debts owing to
the firm should be paid and by whom the liabilities of the
firm of Cameron and Gray will be discharged.

In the matter of the Religious, Charitable, and Educational
Trusts Act, 1908, and its amendments, and in the matter
of the Estate of KATE MARY HILL JACK, of Dunedin,
in the Provincial District of Otago, Widow (deceased).

NOTICE is hereby given that the purposes of a trust
proposed to be established by the late Mrs. Kate Mary
Hill Jack for the use of her freehold property at Roslyn
known as "Romanoff" in the interests of incurable little
children being impracticable, inexpedient, and impossible
owing to the absence of funds for the erection of suitable
buildings on the said property, and the cost of the main-
tenance and upkeep thereof, a scheme has been prepared under
the provisions of the above Act and has been submitted to
and approved by the Honourable the Attorney-General for
New Zealand for making over the Romanoff property to the
institution known as "The Children's Rest Home (In-
corporated)," subject to certain reservations and upon certain
trusts for children requiring extraordinary attention: And
notice is also hereby given that a copy of such scheme and
of the Honourable the Attorney-General's Report thereon
has been filed in the office of the Registrar of the Supreme
Court at Dunedin, and is open to inspection by the public
without any fee or charge: And notice is also given that an
application will be made to the Supreme Court, at Dunedin,
on Wednesday, the twenty-third day of July, 1930, at 10:30
o'clock in the forenoon, or so soon thereafter as counsel for
the parties concerned can be heard, for an order for the
adoption of the said report and the approval of the said
scheme.

OTOROHANGA COUNTY COUNCIL.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

Wharepuhanga Bridge Special Loan, Β£650.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the
Otorohanga County Council hereby resolves as follows:-

That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of Β£650, authorized to be raised by the
Otorohanga County Council under the above-mentioned Act
for the purpose of constructing a bridge and approaches
over the Mangatutu Stream on the Wharepuhanga Main
Highway, the said Otorohanga County Council hereby makes
and levies a special rate of nine-sixteenths of a penny in the
pound on the unimproved value of all rateable property
in the Wharepuhanga Bridge Special-rating Area, as described
in the Schedule hereto; and that such special rate shall be
an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan,
and be payable yearly on the 1st day of October in each and
every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of
thirty years, or such shorter period as may be determined
by the Council, or until the loan is fully paid off.

THE SCHEDULE HEREINBEFORE MENTIONED.

All that area in the Wharepapa Survey District, commencing
at the Trig. Taurangakohu ; thence following the northern
boundary westwards of part Wharepuhanga No. 12 A 2 A to
the Mangatutu River ; thence following the Mangatutu
River southwards to the north-west corner of Section 3,
Block II; thence following the western boundaries of
Sections 3 and 4, Block II, the southern boundaries of Sections
4 and 1, Block II, the southern boundaries of Sections 5,
4, 3, 2, and 1 of Block III; thence following the eastern
boundary of Section 1, Block III, to its junction with the
south-west corner of Block XVI; thence following north-
eastwards the southern boundary of a Crown section
unnumbered to the Waikato River; thence following the
Waikato River northwards to a point opposite the north-
east corner of Section 8, Block XII ; thence connecting
due west with the said corner of Section 8, Block XII;
thence following the northern boundary westwards of the said
section to a road; thence following the road to the
north-east corner of Section 5 ; thence following the northern
boundary of Section 5, Block XII, the northern boundary
of Section 13, Block XI, the eastern boundary of the said
Section 13 to its junction with the north-east corner of
Section 1, Block XI; thence following the northern boundary
of the said Section 1 to its junction with Section 2, Block XI;
thence northward to the north-east corner of the said Section
2; thence along the northern boundary of the said Section
2 to the Waipari Road; thence following the Waipari Road
northwards to its junction with the Aotearoa Road; thence
following the Aotearoa Road northwards to the north-east
corner of Section 12, Block X; thence following the
northern boundary of Section 12 to the Waipari Stream;
thence following the Waipari Stream to its junction with
Section 1, Block VI; thence following eastwards the southern
boundary of the said Section 1 to the Whatauri Trig.;
thence following the county boundary to the north-east
corner of Section 1, Block I; thence along the northern
boundary of the said Section 1; thence halfway along the
northern boundary of Section 2; thence bisecting Section
No. 12 A 1 to its northern boundary; thence along the northern
boundary westwards to the point of commencement.

PARTNERSHIP NOTICE.

It is hereby notified that the Partnership business of
Printers and Publishers hitherto carried on by us at
Whakatane under the name or style of "Beckett and Bullen"
and/or Whakatane Press has been dissolved by mutual consent.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter

NOTICE is hereby given that by resolution, passed on the
9th day of June, 1930, it was resolved that the above
company go into voluntary liquidation, and that WILLIAM
PATRICK AITKEN, of Union Buildings, Auckland, be appointed
Liquidator.

Pursuant to an order under sections 204 and 226 of the
Companies Act, 1908, made by the Supreme Court of
New Zealand, at Wellington, on the 6th day of June, 1930,
notice is hereby given requiring all persons claiming to be
creditors of the above-named company to prove their claims
or debts on or before the 31st day of July, 1930, after which
date the Liquidator will proceed to distribute the assets of
the said company having regard only to the claims or debts
which shall have then been proved.

Proof of claims must be sent to the Liquidator.
