Now, therefore, I, Ethelbert Alfred Ransom, Minister of
Lands, do hereby, in pursuance of the power conferred upon
me by section 17, subsection (1), of the Land Act, 1924;
and of every other power me thereunto enabling, authorize
the laying-off of Cooper Street of a width of not less than
30 ft., Harding Square of a width of not less than 40 ft.,
and Riverside Avenue, Harris, Harding, and Harbury
Streets of a width of not less than 50 ft.: Provided always
that it shall not be lawful for any person to erect or cause
to be erected any building at a less distance than 33 ft. from
the middle of such road.
