Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged
Soldiers, under Ordinary Tenures, in the North Auckland
Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Pro-
clamation made on the sixth day of May, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-two, and published in the Gazette of
the eleventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-two, setting apart lands for selection by discharged
soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915,
in so far as it relates to the lands in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-CROWN LAND.
Mangonui East County.-Mangonui East Parish.
ALLOTMENTS 6, 89, 90: Area, 58 acres 0 roods 25 perches,
being parts of the land described in Proclamation of 6th May,
1922, as Allotment 6, Mangonui East Parish.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of
June, 1930.

Land set apart as Provisional State Forest declared to be subject
to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests
Act, 1921-22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommenda-
tion of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being part
of a Provisional State Forest Reserve set apart by Procla-
mation dated the sixteenth day of March, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted on the twenty-fifth
day of that month, is required for settlement purposes; and,
in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land
shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease
to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to
the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 7, Block VI, Ohinemuri Survey District: Area,
108 acres, more or less.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of
June, 1930.

Land set apart as an Endowment for Primary Education.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act,
1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that from and after the date hereof the land described in the
First Schedule hereto, being a piece of closed road, and being
land which intersects the endowment for primary education
described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to
be added to the said endowment.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by
admearment 3 acres 1 rood 4 perches, more or less, being

Section 18, Block XVI, Piako Survey District. As the same
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S.
20/490, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands
and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland
Plan S.O. 16256.)

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 473 acres 3 roods 2 perches, more or less,
being Section 4, Block XVI, Piako Survey District: Bounded,
commencing at the south corner of Lot 1 of Section 1, Block
XVI, Piako Survey District; thence along the south-eastern
boundary of Section 1 aforesaid to Mangawhero No. 1c No.
2B Section 3 Block; thence south-easterly generally along
the south-western boundaries of Mangawhero No. 1c No. 2B
Section 3 and No. 1c No. 1 Blocks, the north-western and
south-western boundaries of Mangawhero No. 3c No. 2B
Block, to and across a public road, the north-eastern extremity
of Section 18, Block XVI, Piako Survey District, and the south-
western boundaries of Sections 15 and 16, Block XVI, Piako
Survey District; thence south-westerly generally along the
north-western boundary of Section 5, Block XVI, Piako
Survey District, to a public road, across that road by a right
line on a bearing of 104° 17'; and thence along the northern
side of that road to the south-eastern corner of Section 3,
Block XVI, Piako Survey District; thence along the north-
eastern boundary of Section 3 aforesaid to the point of
commencement: save and excepting an intersecting public
road and Section 18, Block XVI, Piako Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked L. and S. 20/490A, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon
edged red. (Auckland plans S.O. 13045 and 16256.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of
June, 1930.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim as roads the land in Waipu Survey District
described in the First Schedule hereto; and do also hereby
proclaim as closed the roads described in the Second Schedule
hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the
Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten
of the said section twelve.
