ROTATION MOTOR SERVICE, LIMITED.
IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the shareholders of the above-named company on the 6th day of June, 1930, viz.—
“ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and its amendments, and that Mr. JOHN HENRY ALOYSIUS McKEEFRY, of Dunedin, Public Accountant, be hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up, with Mr. PHILIP NORMAN RUNDLE, of Dunedin, Company-manager, as Supervisor.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1928; the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920; the Wellington City Empowering and Amendment Act, 1926, and their respective amendments.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-named Acts and all other Acts and powers enabling it in that behalf to execute a certain public work—namely, street widening at Thorndon Quay, in the City of Wellington—and for the purposes of such public work, the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken: and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, in the Town Hall, Cuba Street, in the said city, and is there open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours, and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land should, if they have well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Wellington City Council, addressed to the Town Clerk at his office.
SCHEDULE.
All that piece of land situate in the City of Wellington, containing one perch and fifty-five one-hundredths of a perch (1·55 p.), more or less, being part Section 10, Pipitea Pa; coloured red on the said plan.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of £4 per annum, including postage, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for. Single copies of the Gazette as follows :—
Ordinary Weekly Gazette: For the first 32 pages, 9d., increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof; postage, 1d.
Supplementary and Extraordinary Gazettes: For the first 8 pages, 6d.; over 8 pages and not exceeding 32 pages, 9d.; increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof; postage, 1d.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertion.
Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged 23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 3 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
