BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-fifty-ninth section of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time set apart temporarily as reserves, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for a site for a public school (Tara Road).

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Otamatea County, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being portion of Allotment 175, Parish of Kaiwaka, and being all the land on plan 22089, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland: Bounded, commencing at a point bearing 251° 33′ 40″, distant 101·61 links from O.P. XII, shown on the aforesaid plan; towards the north-east by a public road bearing 151° 20′, distance 500 links; towards the south-east, south-west, and north-west by another portion of said Allotment 175 by lines bearing 241° 20′, distance 400 links; bearing 331° 20′, distance 500 links; bearing 61° 20′, distance 400 links, respectively, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid measurements more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 26/22232A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
