Parks Act, 1928, and shall be deemed to be Crown land available for disposal by way of sale for cash under the Land Act,
1924, was published in the Gazette of the twenty-ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine:
And whereas such notice of intention was duly laid before both Houses of Parliament in accordance with the provisions of subsection two of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:
And whereas the Legislative Council and the House of Representatives, by resolutions dated respectively the fifth and the eighth days of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, approved the proposed revocation as aforesaid:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by subsection one of section forty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the Coal Creek Flat Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to Part II of the said Act, and shall be Crown land available for disposal by way of sale for cash under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
COAL CREEK FLAT DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 9 acres 3 roods 38 perches, more or less, being Section 44 and part of Sections 37 and 54, Block II, Teviot Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by part of Section 52 of aforesaid block, 940-7 links; towards the south-east by Section 56 of aforesaid block, 457-2 links; again towards the north-east by said Section 56, 1161-9 links; towards the east by the public road, 287 links; towards the south-west by a line bearing 287ยฐ 51', 2152'6 links; and towards the north-west by a public road, 694-5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/596, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Revoking the Reservation over Portion of the Vigor Brown Domain.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of April, 1930.

WHEREAS a notice of intention to issue an Order in Council declaring that the portion of the Vigor Brown Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and shall be deemed to be Crown land available for disposal by way of sale for cash under the Land Act, 1924, was published in the Gazette of the fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine:
And whereas such notice of intention was duly laid before both Houses of Parliament in accordance with the provisions of subsection two of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:
And whereas the Legislative Council and the House of Representatives, by resolutions dated respectively the fifth and eighth days of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, approved the proposed revocation as aforesaid:

And whereas such notice of intention was duly laid before both Houses of Parliament in accordance with the provisions of subsection two of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:
And whereas the Legislative Council and the House of Representatives, by resolutions dated respectively the seventeenth day of October and the eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, approved the proposed revocation as aforesaid:

Revoking the Vesting in the Featherston County Council of the Control of Section 12, Block IV, Wairarapa Survey District, Wellington Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of April, 1930.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General In Council.
WHEREAS the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto was vested in the Featherston County Council for river-protection purposes, by an Order in Council dated the fourth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in Gazette of the thirteenth day of that month, in pursuance of section two of the Public Reserves and Domains Amendment Act, 1914:
And whereas it is expedient that the said Order in Council should be revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council hereinbefore referred to.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 12, Block IV, Wairarapa Survey District: Area, 37 acres 1 rood.
