apart as provisional State forests in terms of section thirty-
four of the War Legislation and Statute Law Amendment
Act, 1918 :
And whereas errors were made in the descriptions of the
areas of the said twenty-eight thousand acres and the eight
hundred and fifty acres, respectively, in the Schedule to the
said Proclamation :
And whereas it is desirable that the errors be rectified :
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and
exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me
by section three of the Forests Amendment Act, 1925, do
hereby amend the said Proclamation by substituting for the
Schedules of the areas of twenty-eight thousand acres and
eight hundred and fifty acres, respectively, set out in the said
Proclamation, the following Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—SOUTHLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION
REGION.
Part of Provisional State Forest No. 29.
ALL those areas of forest in the Otago Land District containing
approximately 28,700 acres, and described generally as
follows:
All that area of forest containing approximately 28,000
acres, and situated in the Humboldt, Dart, and Earnslaw
Survey Districts.
And also all that area of forest containing approximately
700 acres, and situated in Runs 346B and 346C, Block IV,
Dart Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on plan
No. 172/1, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest
Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of
April, 1930.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tiger Hill Survey
District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also
do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto.

of Public Works at Wellington.

do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Awaroa Survey
District described in the Schedule hereto.

Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of April,
