At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of April, 1930.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Frank Lucas Cubitt,
Alan Hartnell,
Ernest Hayward Hilford,
Frank Jones,
Michael Mason,
William John Moore,
John O’Shea,
Walter James Peters, and
Alexander Stephen
to be the Waiotira Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the fourteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Waiotira Public Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Whangarei County, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood 6·9 perches, more or less, being Lot 63 (D.P. 14912), being part of Allotment S.W. 15, Parish of Waikiekie, and part of Allotment 79, Parish of Tauraroa. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 1/910, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

The Napier Borough Council
to be the Te Awa Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the twenty-eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, at half-past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Borough Council Chambers, Napier, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

TE AWA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood, more or less, being Lot No. 55, D.P. 4488, part Te Whare-o-Maraenui, Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District: Bounded towards the north-east generally by Chambers Street, being part of the south-west boundary of the Borough of Napier for a distance of 2207·06 links; towards the south by part Lot 1, D.P. 4206, Te Whare-o-Maraenui Block, for a distance of 75·0 links; and towards the south-west generally by the Tutaekuri River: Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 25/565A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
