ERRATUM.—In the resolution embodied in the Order in Council published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 27, of the 10th day of April, 1930, at page 1135, exempting the western side of portion of Randwick Road, in the Borough of Lower Hutt, from the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, read “Public Works Act, 1928,” in lieu of “Public Works Act, 1925.”

Altering the Boundaries of the Egmont National Park.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section four of the Egmont National Park Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Egmont National Park as described in the First Schedule to the said Act by including therein the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 16·4 perches, more or less, being Section 35, Block VII, Egmont Survey District: Bounded towards the north-east by Egmont Road, 100 links; towards the south-east by Forest Road, 102·6 links; towards the south-west by Egmont National Park, 100 links; and towards the north-west by Section 33, Block VII, Egmont Survey District, 102·6 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/342A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of April, 1930.

Altering the Boundaries of the Malvern and Springs-Ellesmere Electric-power Districts.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Malvern and Springs-Ellesmere Electric-power Districts by excluding the area described in the First Schedule hereto from the Malvern Electric-power District, and including such area in the Springs-Ellesmere Electric-power District, and do hereby declare that the altered boundaries of the Malvern and Springs-Ellesmere Electric-power Districts shall be those described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto respectively.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing from the centre of the intersection of the Burnham–Aylesbury Road and the Great South Road, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction along the centre of the Great South Road to the centre of the Selwyn River; thence in a south-easterly direction along the centre of the said river to the Main South Road to a point where the traffic-bridge crosses the said river; thence in a north-easterly direction along the Main South Road to the intersection of the Burnham Road and the Main South Road; from thence to the starting-point. As the said area is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77921, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
MALVERN ELECTRIC-POWER DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District being bounded as follows: Commencing at a point in Block II, Leeston Survey District, the said point being the intersection of the centre of Hawkins and Burnham Roads, with the centre of Sandy Knolls Road near the easternmost corner of Rural Section 27724; thence north-easterly and northerly along the centre of Sandy Knolls Road to the centre of Halkett Road
