Authorizing the Laying-off of Streets in the City of Dunedin of
a Width of less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject
to a Condition as to the Building-line.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of
April, 1930.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the Public Works
Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him
in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doith hereby authorize the Dunedin City Council to permit
the laying-off of the proposed streets described in the Schedule
hereto of a width of less than sixty-six feet, but not less than
forty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part
of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting
the proposed streets (described in the Schedule hereto) within
a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the
said streets.

SCHEDULE.

THAT proposed street in the Otago Land District, City of
Dunedin, to be known as Rolla Street, containing by ad-
measurement 3 roods 37 perches, more or less, being parts
Sections 40, 42, and 1144R, North-east Valley District.

Also that proposed street situated in the said land district
and city to be known as Monowai Street, containing by
admeasurement 3 roods 18 perches, more or less, being part
Sections 40 and 42, North-east Valley District.

Also that proposed street situated in the said land district
and city to be known as Homer Street, containing by
admeasurement 3 roods 4 perches, more or less, being part
Sections 40 and 42, North-east Valley District.

Also that proposed street situated in the said land district
and city, being an extension of Antrim Street, and being
part Section 40, North-east Valley District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 77832, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Western Side of Portion of Randwick Road, in the Borough
of Lower Hutt, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128
of the Public Works Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of
April, 1930.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Lower Hutt Borough Council on the
tenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty,
the portion of street affected by such resolution being more
particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:-

"That the Lower Hutt Borough Council, being the local
authority having control of the streets in the Borough of
Lower Hutt, by resolution declares that the provisions of
section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works
Act, 1925, shall not apply to the western side of Randwick
Road adjoining Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, being part of the land
comprised in Certificate of Title, Vol. 392, folio 53."

SCHEDULE.

THE western side of all that portion of street in the Welling-
ton Land District, Borough of Lower Hutt, known as Rand-
wick Road, fronting Section 5, Pitt Settlement, being part
Section 11, Hutt R.D., Block XIV, Belmont Survey District.
As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 78105, deposited in the office of
the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.

The Western Side of Portion of Short Lane and the Eastern
Side of Portion of Dawson Street, in the Borough of New
Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of
the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the
Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of
April, 1930.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council on the
seventeenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty, viz:-

"That the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the
local authority having control of the streets hereinafter
mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions
of section one hundred and twenty-eight, subsection one,
of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply-

(a) To that portion of the western side of Short Lane to
which Sections 620 and 621, New Plymouth, have
frontages; nor
(b) To that portion of the eastern side of Dawson Street
to which Sections 620 and 621, New Plymouth,
have frontages ";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western
side of the portion of Short Lane or fronting the eastern
side of the portion of Dawson Street (described in the Schedule
hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-
lines of the said portions of streets.

SCHEDULE.

THE western side of all that portion of street situated in the
Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known
as Short Lane, fronting Sections 620 and 621, Town of New
Plymouth.

Also the eastern side of all that portion of street situated
in the said land district and borough known as Dawson
Street, fronting Sections 620 and 621, Town of New Plymouth.

As the said portions of streets are more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 78008, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured red.

Side of Portion of Ingestre Street, in the City of Wellington,
exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public
Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-

passed by the Wellington City Council on the fifth day of
December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine,
viz:-

"The Wellington City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to that portion of Mana Street, fronting Lot 363,
D.P. 52, nor to that portion of Ingestre Street fronting
Lots 363 and 364, D.P. 52";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western
side of the portion of Mana Street or the northern side of the
portion of Ingestre Street (described in the Schedule hereto),
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of
the said portions of streets.
