Land proclaimed as a Road, in Block VII, Cape Campbell Survey District, Awatere County.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land: 2 acres and 19·1 perches and 5 acres 1 rood 37·5 perches. Portions of Section 27, Block VII, Jacobs River Hundred, Wallace County. (S.O. 107, Rlys., red.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 803, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow and blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of April, 1930.

Allocating to the Purposes of a Road Land in Block VIII, Woodville Survey District, taken for a Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto—and which was taken for a further portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway, Awapurua Section, and is not now required for such purpose—shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Woodville County Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with : 7·2 perches. Being Railway Land (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). Situated in Block VIII, Woodville Survey District. (S.O. 979.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77356, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of April, 1930.

Amending a Proclamation proclaiming Land as a Road, and Road closed, in Block XVI, Maungatautari Survey District, Matamata County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend the Proclamation dated the tenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 69, of the seventeenth day of the same month, proclaiming land as a road, and road closed, in Block XVI, Maungatautari Survey District, Matamata County, by inserting therein an area of 4 acres 0 roods 37·1 perches in lieu of the area of 3 acres 0 roods 33·5 perches in the Second Schedule to the said Proclamation.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of April, 1930.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD. APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 2 roods 32 perches. Being portion of S.G.R. 178, Flaxbourne Settlement. Situated in Block VII, Cape Campbell Survey District. In the Marlborough Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 78169, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of April, 1930.
