NOTICE is hereby given that the above company has passed a special resolution that the company be wound up voluntarily. NEW LYNN BOROUGH COUNCIL.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
——
Sewage Drainage Supplementary Loan No. 2, £200.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the New Lynn Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purposes of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the New Lynn Borough Council Sewerage Drainage Supplementary Loan of £200, 1929, authorized to be raised by the New Lynn Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of completing the provision of a sewerage drainage and disposal system for the district and all works and matters incidental thereto, and temporary financial assistance to householders for installation of house-connections, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 134/10,000d. in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the special-rating area, comprising the former New Lynn Town District, as defined in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 62 (1910), page 1789, as at 31st March, 1929, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of May in each year and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half (36½) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

Main Highway Construction Supplementary Loan of £1,089 9s. 1d., 1929.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and section 76 of the Local Legislation Act, 1927, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the New Lynn Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the New Lynn Borough Council Main Highway Construction Supplementary Loan of £1,089 9s. 1d., 1929, the said Council makes and levies a special rate of seven sixty-fourths of a penny (7/64d.) in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the special area comprising the former New Lynn Town District, as defined in New Zealand Gazette, No. 62 (1910), page 1789, as at 31st March, 1929, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of May in each year and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty (20) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

MAKERUA DRAINAGE BOARD.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATES.
——
Relief of Unemployment Loan of £1,350, 1930.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Empowering (Relief of Unemployment) Act, 1926, the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and the Land Drainage Act, 1908, and all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Makerua Drainage Board resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Relief of Unemployment Loan (£1,350), 1929, authorized to be raised by the Makerua Drainage Board under the above-mentioned Acts for the purpose of finding work for the unemployed, and for the purpose of grading and improving the Intersecting Channel, the said Board makes and levies the special differential rates on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the whole of the Makerua Drainage District—
On lands classified “A” a special rate of three fortieths (3/40ths) of a penny in the pound sterling;
On lands classified “B” a special rate of nine one-hundred-and-sixtieths (9/160ths) of a penny in the pound sterling;
On lands classified “C” a special rate of three eightieths (3/80ths) of a penny in the pound sterling;
and that such special differential rates shall be annually recurring rates during the currency of such loan, and be payable annually on the first day of February in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty (20) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

COROMANDEL COUNTY COUNCIL.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
——
Mercury Bay Wharf Loan, 1929.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Coromandel County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £2,000, authorized to be raised by the Coromandel County Council under the above-mentioned Act for erecting a wharf at Mercury Bay, the said Coromandel County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one farthing in the pound upon the capital value of all rateable property in the Mercury Bay Wharf Loan, 1929, Special-rating Area, comprising the whole of Kuaotunu and Whitianga Ridings, and Whenuakite Riding (with the exception of Sections 1 and 2, Block VI, Whitianga Survey District, and of the land known as Willis’s grant and Graham’s grant), and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
