Light temporarily discontinued.
Previous Notice: Marine Department Radio Navigation Warning No. 7, of March, 1930.
Position: Lat. 37° 33½′ S., long. 178° 19¼′ E.
Details: Owing to the irregular working of this light it has been temporarily discontinued.
NOTE.—Due notice will be given when this light is re-established.

Description.
This offering comprises the balance of what is known as the Waterloo Road Block, and will be practically the final sale of residential sections in the settlement.
Any further sales will consist of odd sections in various parts of the subdivision.
Purchasers of sections may commence building operations immediately. The roading is complete, and drainage, sewerage, gas, and electric light are being provided.

Description.
These sites comprise portion of an area defined by the local authority for the erection of shops under the powers conferred by the Town-planning Act. They are situated adjacent to Waterloo Station, on the western side of the railway, in the centre of what will ultimately be a large residential area.
The streets have all been laid out to the full width of 66 ft., and will provide for 10 ft. footpaths fronting the shops.
Special Conditions.
The purchaser of Section 31, Block XXIX, Waterloo Road, shall pay a cash deposit of £200. The balance of purchase-money, together with interest at 5½ per cent. per annum, shall be payable by half-yearly instalments of principal and interest calculated in accordance with a thirty-four and a half years’
