ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all alienations of the Native lands specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienations in favour of the Crown.

Authorizing Erection of a Public Hall on Putorino Domain, Hawke's Bay Land District.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by subsection one (d) of section fifty-two of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby authorize the Putorino Domain Board to erect a public hall on that portion of the Putorino Domain under its control described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement one rood, more or less, being portion of Section 20 (Putorino Domain), Block II, Moeangi Survey District: Bounded towards the north-west by Section 5, a distance of 125 links; towards the north-east by a public road, a distance of 200 links; towards the south-east by Section 20 (Putorino Domain), a distance of 125 links; and towards the south-west by Section 20 (Putorino Domain), a distance of 200 links: Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/878A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, this 5th day of March, 1930.
