Revoking the Vesting in the Rangitikei County Council of Section 5, Block XI, Town of Taihape, Wellington Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of March, 1930.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Rangitikei County, in trust, for public pound purposes, by an Order in Council dated the twenty-third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and two, and published in Gazette of the eighth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and three, in pursuance of section four of the Public Reserves Act, 1881, but a certificate of title has not been issued in respect of the said reserve :
And whereas it is expedient that the said Order in Council should be revoked, and the Rangitikei County Council has duly consented to such revocation :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council hereinbefore referred to.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 5, Block XI, Town of Taihape: Area, 1 rood 28 perches, more or less.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Kaikorai Valley Road, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of March, 1930.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the fourth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz. :
“That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to portion of the south-eastern side of Kaikorai Valley Road, in the said City of Dunedin, where such portion of street abuts on part Allotment 7, L.T.P. 1444, Block IV, Upper Kaikorai District, as the said portion of street is more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto, and is thereon coloured brown and edged with red to its centre-line ”;
such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Kaikorai Valley Road, fronting Lot 7, L.T.P. 1444, Block IV, Upper Kaikorai District. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77466, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured brown and edged red.

Revoking the Vesting in the Mount Roskill Road Board of Parts of a Metal Reserve, Suburbs of Auckland, North Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of March, 1930.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto form part of an area vested in the Mount Roskill Road Board, in trust, for metal purposes, by an Order in Council dated the twenty-seventh day of February, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight, and published in Gazette of the fifth day of March of that year, in pursuance of section four of the Public Reserves Act, 1881 :
And whereas it is expedient that the said Order in Council should be revoked in so far as it relates to the lands described in the Schedule hereto, and the Mount Roskill Road Board has duly consented to such revocation :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council hereinbefore referred to in so far as it relates to the lands described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, being part of Allotment 85A of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 3·4 perches, more or less, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the Three Kings Road, and being the north-eastern corner of part Allotment 85B of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, and bounded towards the south-west by the said part Allotment 85B, 783·94 links; thence towards the north-west and north-east by another part of Allotment 85A of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, 337·6 and 498·82 links; thence towards the south-east by the Three Kings Road, 111·74 links, to the point of commencement.
Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District, being part of Allotment 85A of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 16·2 perches, more or less, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the south-western corner of part Allotment 84 of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, and bounded towards the north-east by the said part Allotment 84, 229·9 links; thence towards the south-east by another part of Allotment 85A of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, 261·5 links; thence towards the south-west by part Allotment 85B of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, 229·9 links; thence towards the north-west by part Allotment 86 and Allotment 87, both of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, 261·5 links, to the point of commencement.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. (North Auckland plan 25221, blue.)

WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto have been duly set apart for municipal endowment purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Administrator of the Government it is expedient to vest the said reserves in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Hokitika :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves,
