GIBBS MOTOR COMPANY, LIMITED.
IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter
of Gibbs Motor Company, Limited, a Private Company
incorporated under the Act.
NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution was
passed on the 20th day of December, 1929, by the
shareholders of the above-named company, that is to say:-
"It is resolved that Gibbs Motor Company, Limited, be
wound up voluntarily, and that Theodore Nisbet Gibbs be
appointed sole Liquidator."'

WAIRARAPA ELECTRIC-POWER BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING A SPECIAL RATE OVER THE BIDEFORD SPECIAL-RATING AREA PASSED AT A MEETING OF
THE BOARD HELD ON THE llTH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1930.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the
Wairarapa Electric-power Board hereby resolves as follows:-
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £2,600, authorized to be raised by the
Wairarapa Electric-power Board under the above-mentioned
Act for the purpose of extending the Board's distribution
lines a distance of approximately eight miles and a quarter
along the Bideford Road, the Wairarapa Electric-power
Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of one farthing
(1d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value of all rateable
property of the Bideford Special-rating Area, comprising all
that area in the Wellington Land District bounded by a line
commencing at the north-western corner of Section 30,
Block VIII, Kopuaranga Survey District, and proceeding
thence along the north-eastern boundary of the said Section 30,
and the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Sections
31 and 32, Block XII, Kopuaranga Survey District, to the
