Member of Oamaru Fire Board appointed.

Driving fees and impounding charges and other expenses have been paid.
Nothing in this by-law shall be deemed to limit or prevent the taking of any proceedings for the recovery of any penalty or otherwise in respect of the trespass of such stock.
(b) Any authorized officer or officers of the Board may destroy all unbranded stock of any kind above the age of six months, or apparently above that age, found within the park.

II. REMOVAL OF CERTAIN PERSONS.
Any person who renders himself obnoxious by bad behaviour or disorderly conduct in the park may be summarily removed therefrom by the ranger or other officer of the Board.

  1. Dogs.
    The ranger is empowered to destroy any dog found in the park, not being under proper control.

Passed and adopted by resolution of the Board at a meeting held at Christchurch on the 13th day of December, 1929.
The Common Seal of the Arthur Pass National Park Board was affixed hereto by order of the Board this 13th day of February, 1930, in the presence of--

Arrangements, &c., for First Election of the Croixelles Road Board.

HIS Excellency the Administrator of the Government has been pleased to appoint
Leonard William Field, Esquire, of Nelson,
to be Returning Officer and person to prepare the roll of electors in connection with the first election of the Board of the Croixelles Road District; also to appoint Saturday, the 29th day of March, 1930, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, to be the day and hour, and Field's Homestead, Okiwi Bay, Croixelles Harbour, to be the place, for holding such election;
also to appoint Saturday, the 29th day of March, 1930, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, to be the day and hour, and Field's Homestead, Okiwi Bay, Croixelles Harbour, to be the place, for holding the first meeting of the Board so elected.

Ernest Hayman, of Tuapeka Mouth, by the Tuapeka County Council;
to be members of the Clutha River Board, under the Clutha River Board Empowering Act 1898 Amendment Act, 1900.

NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of the power and authority vested in me by section three of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1921–22, I, the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand, have appointed Walter Hambley Pearce, of the Public Trust Office, Hawera, to be Deputy of the District Public Trustee, Hawera, during the absence of such District Public Trustee from his headquarters, and all previous appointments in this behalf are hereby revoked.
