Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of February, 1930.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Michael Myers, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto—and which was taken for the Waitaki-Bluff Railway and is not now required for such purpose—shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Waikouaiti County Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with: 29 perches. Being railway land, formerly part Section 22, Block IV, Hawksbury Survey District.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76533, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of February, 1930.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Michael Myers, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend the Proclamation dated the eighteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 72, of the twenty-fourth day of the same month, proclaiming land as a road in Blocks II, IV, and V, Thames Survey District, by inserting therein the following Schedule in lieu of the Schedule mentioned therein, which is hereby revoked.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Michael Myers, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the estate of leasehold in the land described in the Schedule hereto held by Samuel Augustus Browne from His Majesty the King for a term of twenty-one years from the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, such lease being registered as No. 9224 in the Land and Deeds Registry Office at Auckland, in Register-book, Volume 263, folio 178, is hereby taken for scenic purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold interest is taken: 38 acres 0 roods 15 perches. Being portion of Allotment E.R. 53, Wairoa Parish.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77441, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of February, 1930.
