A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Awitu Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77610, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of February, 1930.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Rangiora Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2·8 perches.
Being portion of Rural Section 401.
Situated in Block XV, Rangiora Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 2127.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77581, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of February, 1930.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for drainage purposes, and shall vest in the Christchurch Drainage Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned, and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 14 perches.
Being portion of Rural Section 305.
Situated in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 2135.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77474, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

WHEREAS by the Constitution Act it is provided that no Bill specially reserved for the signification of His Majesty’s pleasure thereon shall have any force or authority in New Zealand until the Governor-General shall signify either by speech or message to the Legislative Council and the House of Representatives, or by Proclamation, that such Bill has been laid before His Majesty in Council, and that His Majesty has been pleased to assent to the same:
