At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of November, 1929.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section one hundred and thirty-two of the Health Act, 1920, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion, doth hereby make the regulations hereinafter set out in amendment of the Hairdressers (Health) Regulations, 1926 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”), made on the sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and published in the Gazette on the thirteenth day of the same month at page 1276.

R E G U L A T I O N S.
(1) THESE regulations may be cited as the Hairdressers’ (Health) Regulations Extension, 1928, and shall be read together with and form part of the principal regulations.
(2) The principal regulations shall be in force in the district set out in the Schedule hereto as from the 30th day of November, 1929.

Partial Revocation of Order in Council prohibiting all Alienation of Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted that any Order in Council made under that section may at any time be varied or revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority hereinbefore mentioned, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council referred to in Part I of the Schedule hereto, but only in so far as it affects the land mentioned in Part II of the said Schedule.

ORDER IN COUNCIL under section 363 of the Native Land Act, 1909, dated the 25th day of July, 1927, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 28th day of July, 1927, as extended by Orders in Council dated the 25th day of June, 1928, and the 29th day of January, 1929, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 28th day of June, 1928, and the 7th day of February, 1929, respectively, affecting various subdivisions of Reureu Block.

Recreation Reserve in Hawke’s Bay Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of November, 1929.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Hawke’s Bay Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Putorino Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

Prohibiting, under the Orchard and Garden Diseases Act, 1928, the Introduction of certain Plants into New Zealand.—(Notice No. Ag. 2868.)

At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of November, 1929.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Orchard and Garden Diseases Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit absolutely the introduction into New Zealand from any country or place of hop-sets of any variety of hop plant, and doth hereby declare that this Order in Council shall come into force on the date of the publication hereof in the Gazette.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Church Street, in the Borough of Green Island, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Green Island Borough Council on the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz.:—
“That the Green Island Borough Council hereby resolves that section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Church Street adjoining Allotments 81 and 82, Block I, Township of Green Island, in the Borough of Green Island, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan deposited and edged red”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern
