Appointment of Cemetery Trustees revoked.--(H. 3/10.)

CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke a certain Warrant dated the seventeenth day of December, on thousand eight hundred and ninety-one, and published in the Gazette on the twenty-fourth day of the same month, appointing Trustees for the Whangae Public Cemetery as described in the Schedule hereto.

ALLOTMENT 121, Parish of Kawakawa, North Auckland Land District: Area, 34 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section two of the Sale of Food and Drugs Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Robert Bamberry an officer for the purposes of the Sale of Food and Drugs Act, 1908.

Major S. C. P. Nicholls, D.S.O., N.Z. Staff Corps, relinquishes the appointment of General Staff Officer (Training) at General Headquarters, and is appointed A.Q.M.G. at General Headquarters. Dated 14th October, 1929.
