And notice is hereby further given that a plan showing the land required to be taken and the names of the owners and occupiers of such land is deposited at the offices of the Education Board of the District of Canterbury, Oxford Terrace, Christchurch aforesaid, where it lies open for public inspection daily (without fee) during all reasonable hours; and that all persons affected shall, if they have any objections to the taking of such land set forth, in writing, such objection, and send such writing, within forty days from the date of the first publication of such notice, being the twenty-second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, addressed to The Chairman of The Education Board of the District of Canterbury, at the offices of the Board, Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THE Partnership between WILLIAM JACKSON and FREDERICK EDWARD LEEKS (carrying on business as Painters and Paperhangers, in Crofton Road, Ngaio) has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 12th day of October, 1929. The said William Jackson will carry on business at the above address and the said Frederick Edward Leeks will carry on business at 7 Doura Avenue, Newtown, Wellington.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THE Partnership heretofore carried on by J. E. MURRAY and A. H. WACKROW, under the firm name of “Murray and Wackrow,” Pig-farmers, Taumarunui, is hereby dissolved as from the 22nd day of October, 1929, and the said A. H. Wackrow will pay all the liabilities of the Partnership.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of G. STEWART CRAIG, LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the above company held on the 18th day of October, 1929, the following special resolution was duly passed, viz.:—

(1) That it is expedient to reconstruct the company, and that with a view thereto the company be wound up voluntarily, and that NORMAN ALEXANDER DUTHIE, of Auckland, in New Zealand, Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such reconstruction.

(2) That such Liquidator be and he is hereby authorized to consent to the registration of a new company to be called “The Craig Investment Company, Limited,” with a memorandum and articles which have already been prepared with the privity and approval of the directors of this company.

(3) That the draft agreement submitted to this meeting and expressed to be made between this company of the first part, its Liquidator of the second part, Graham Stewart Craig of the third part, and Eric Mervyn Darrach Ohlson as trustee for the said intended company of the fourth part, be and the same is hereby approved, and that the said Liquidator be and he is hereby authorized pursuant to section 259 of the Companies Act, 1908, to enter into an agreement with such new company (when incorporated) in terms of the said draft, and to carry the same into effect with such (if any) modifications as he shall think expedient.
