At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of October, 1929.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government roads.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Kororareka Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of October, 1929.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the twenty-sixth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, and published in the Gazette of the second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight,
appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Kororareka Domain, and doth hereby appoint
The Russell Town Board
to be the Kororareka Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the eleventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Town Board Office, Russell, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Order in Council prescribing the Term for which a Loan of £49,000 may be borrowed by the Dannevirke Electric-power Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of October, 1929.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the Dannevirke Electric-power Board (hereinafter called “the said local authority”) has been authorized to borrow, in respect of a loan to be known as “Reticulation Loan, 1928,” the sum of forty-nine thousand pounds, and the said sum has not yet been borrowed:
And whereas the Minister of Finance has given his precedent consent as required by section one hundred and fourteen of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926 (hereinafter called “the said section”), to the borrowing by the said local authority of the said sum for the term hereinafter mentioned:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by the said section, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby prescribe that the said sum of forty-nine thousand pounds may be raised by the said local authority for a term not exceeding twenty-six years, and the said local authority is hereby authorized to borrow the said sum accordingly.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of October, 1929.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the Wairere Electric-power Board (hereinafter called “the said local authority”) is desirous of raising the sum of three thousand five hundred pounds for the purpose of supplying electricity in the Mahoenui District by a loan to be known as “The Mahoenui Loan, 1929”:
And whereas the said local authority has complied with the provisions of the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926 (hereinafter called “the said Act”), and it is expedient that the precedent consent of the Governor-General in Council under the said Act should be given to the raising of the said loan on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
