the north generally by the northern boundary of this section
and western, northern, and eastern boundary of Section 102,
same block, to the middle point of this eastern boundary ;
then by direct line due east parallel with the road until there
is reached the middle of the northern boundary of Section 7A
of the block aforesaid, and towards the east generally by
direct line south to a point in Section 11, same block, 16 chains
from the road ; thence due west 16 chains, more or less, to
the eastern boundary of Section 10, and by that boundary to
the point of commencement ; and that such special rate
shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of
such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in
each and every year during the currency of such loan, being
a period of twenty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting between JOHN PETER DONNELLY and
OLIVE GERALDINE CHEYNE, carrying on business at Wellington as Hair Specialists under the style or firm of “Donnelly
and Cheyne,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from
the 31st day of August, 1929.

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of sections 230 and
252 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting
of the members of the above-named company will be held
at the office of Messrs. W. A. Mitson and Co., 24 Water Street,
Dunedin, on Thursday, the 3rd day of October, 1929, at
11 o’clock a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid
before them showing the manner in which the winding-up
has been conducted and the property of the company disposed
of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the
Liquidators, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents
of the company and of the Liquidators thereof shall be disposed of.
