The South-western Side of Portion of Wingatui Road and the North-western Side of Portion of the North Taieri School Road, in the County of Taieri, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of September, 1929.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Taieri County Council on the twenty-third day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz. :

“The Taieri County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Taieri, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-western side of that portion of Wingatui Road fronting part Section 1, Block XV, East Taieri District, nor to the north-western side of that portion of the North Taieri School Road fronting part Section 1 and Sections 2 and 3, Block XV, East Taieri Survey District ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of Wingatui Road or fronting the north-western side of the portion of North Taieri School Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of roads.

SCHEDULE.

THE south-western side of all that portion of road situated in the Otago Land District, County of Taieri, known as Wingatui Road, fronting part Section 1, Block XV, East Taieri District.

Also the north-western side of all that portion of road in the said land district and county known as the North Taieri School Road fronting part Section 1 and Sections 2 and 3, Block XV, East Taieri District.

As the said portions of roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76036, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Revoking Order in Council licensing Motu Shingle Company, Limited, to use and occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Rangitoto, Auckland Harbour, as a Site for a Jetty.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of September, 1929.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the eighteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 51, of the twenty-first day of the same month, the Motu Shingle Company, Limited, of Auckland (who with its successors and assigns is hereinafter called “the company”), was licensed to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Rangitoto, Auckland Harbour, as a site for a jetty:

And whereas the company has ceased to occupy the said jetty for a period of thirty days, and it is desirable to revoke the said license:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore recited Order in Council of the eighteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, as from the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.

Revoking Order in Council licensing Hayward Lees to use and occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Land below Low-water Mark on the Te Karae River, Mangamuka, as a Site for a Store.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of September, 1929.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the sixteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 74, of the nineteenth day of the same month, Hayward Lees, of Auckland (who with his executors, administrators, and assigns is hereinafter called “the licensee”), was licensed to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark on the Te Karae River, Mangamuka, as a site for a store:

And whereas the said licensee has applied to have the hereinbefore-recited license revoked, and it is desirable to revoke the same:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the sixteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, as from the thirty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.

Portions of Corunna Avenue, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

“That the Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Corunna Avenue, adjoining Lots 2, 3, and 5 of Allotment 13, Section 2, Suburbs of Auckland ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portions of Corunna Avenue (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of twenty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portions of street.

SCHEDULE.

THE south-western side of all that street situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Corunna Avenue, fronting Lots 3 and 5 of Allotment 13, Section 2, Suburbs of Auckland.

Also the north-eastern side of portion of the said street fronting Lot 2 of Allotment 13, Section 2, Suburbs of Auckland.

As the said portions of street are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74655, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
