Land taken for Street Purposes and in connection with Street Purposes at Lytton Street, Wadestown, in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street purposes, and that the said parcels of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76260, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of September, 1929.

Defining the Middle-line of a further Portion of the Westport-Inangahua Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a further portion of the Westport-Inangahua Railway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point in Scenery Preservation Reserve No. 8, Block III, Ohika Survey District, marked 12 miles (which point is identical with the point marked 12 miles on plan P.W.D. 22665 mentioned in a Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 6th day of June, 1907), and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 13 m. 52 chs., and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz., Scenery Preservation Reserve No. 8, Blocks III and IV, Ohika Survey District, and Block IV, Inangahua Survey District; Sections 36, 43, 48, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, Block IV, Inangahua Survey District; Section 5 (Provisional State Forest), and Sections 4, 3, 2, 1, Block I, Inangahua Survey District; Sections 15, 14, Scenery Preservation Reserve No. 7, Sections 7, 31, and 8, Block V, Inangahua Survey District, and terminating at a point on the northern boundary of the Railway Reserve in Block V, Inangahua Survey District, marked 25 m. 52 chs., including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Nelson Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76512, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of September, 1929.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine.
