ERRATA.—In Gazette No. 49, of the 4th July, 1929, page 1810, “Land in Canterbury Land District forfeited,” in Schedule, for “Section 1, Douglas Settlement,” read “Section 21, Douglas Settlement.”

In the Second Schedule to the Proclamation, dated the 4th day of September, 1929, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 62, of the 12th day of September, 1929, at page 2444, proclaiming land as a road and road closed in Block XIII, Tairua Survey District, Block I, Ohinemuri Survey District, and Block IV, Waihou Survey District, Thames County, read “Waihou” in lieu of “Waipoua.”

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Otahuhu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 rood 20·16 perches.

Being portion of Allotment 51, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, being road reserve on D.P. 15897.

Situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25371.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76317, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of September, 1929.

Defining the Middle-line of a further Portion of the Midland Railway (Portion of Murchison Section).

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a further portion of the Midland Railway (portion of Murchison Section) shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point in Section 11 (Stock Reserve), Block XII, Matiri Survey District, marked 71 miles (which point is identical with the point marked 71 miles on plan P.W.D. 74919, mentioned in a Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 2nd day of May, 1929), and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 4 miles 30 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz., Section 11 (Stock Reserve), and Section 13 (Stock Reserve), Block XII, Matiri Survey District; Sections 37, 36, 34, 2, and 1, Block VIII, Matiri Survey District; Section 3 (Accommodation Reserve) and Sections 10, 12, 1, and 6 (Stock Reserve), Block VII, Matiri Survey District; Sections 1, 14 (Metal Reserve), and 66, Block XI, Matiri Survey District; and terminating at a point in the said Section 66, marked 75 m. 30 chs.; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Nelson Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76478, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of September, 1929.
