APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a provisional lease in perpetuity, Register-book Vol. 162, folio 299, for Rural Section 36642, situated in Blocks XI and XII, Oxford Survey District, whereof Robert Wotherspoon is the registered lessee, and evidence having been furnished of the loss of the said lease in perpetuity, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue such provisional lease in perpetuity at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
