LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 125,
folio 127 (Auckland Registry), for Lot 55 on deposited
plan No. 3029, being portion of Allotment 6 of Section 13,
Suburbs of Auckland, in favour of JOHN NEGUS, of Auck-
land, Settler, having been lodged with me, together with an
application for the issue of a new certificate of title, notice
is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate
of title accordingly on the expiration of fourteen days from
the 12th day of September, 1929.

of Papakura, Farmer (mortgagor), to ANN FRANCES MAC-
FARLANE, of Auckland, Widow (mortgagee), having been
lodged with me, together with a request to register a transfer
in exercise of the power of sale contained in the said mortgage
without requiring the production of the said mortgage No.
149672, notice is hereby given of my intention to register
such transfer accordingly on the expiration of fourteen days

a re-entry of lease No. 5859 of Nuhaka 2c 2g Block,
from the NATIVE OWNERS to MAIKA TARUKE and REE

will dispense with the production of the said lease, and
register the transmission as requested after the expiration of
fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this
notice.

Gazette containing this notice.
