PURSUANT to the provisions of the Marriage Act, 1908, the following name of an Officiating Minister within the meaning of the said Act is published for general information :—

New Zealand Fruit-export Control Board.—Declaration of Result of Election of Producers’ Representative for the Canterbury-Nelson-Marlborough Provincial Districts.

I, ROBERT WILLIAMSON ATKINSON, Returning Officer for the purposes of the Fruit Control Act, 1924, and the regulations made thereunder, hereby declare the result of the poll taken on Thursday, the 5th day of September, 1929, for the election of a producers’ representative on the New Zealand Fruit-export Control Board for the Provincial Districts of Canterbury, Nelson, and Marlborough to be as follows :—

Macleod, John William .. .. .. 33

I therefore declare the said John Liddell Brown to be elected.

New Zealand Fruit-export Control Board.—Declaration of Result of Election of Producers’ Representative for the Auckland-Taranaki Provincial Districts.

I, ROBERT WILLIAMSON ATKINSON, Returning Officer for the purposes of the Fruit Control Act, 1924, and the regulations made thereunder, hereby declare the result of the poll taken on Thursday, the 5th day of September, 1929, for the election of a producers’ representative on the New Zealand Fruit-export Control Board for the Provincial Districts of Auckland and Taranaki to be as follows :—

I therefore declare the said Frank Firth to be elected.
