(a) in which, in the process of weaving or in a subsequent operation, any of the yarns or threads running in the same general direction have been made to cross one another at intervals (that is to say, where warp threads cross warp threads or weft threads cross weft threads); or (b) in which, for the purpose of producing a stripe, spot, or other design, any of the threads or yarns in the finished material, in the case of the weft, do not run from selvedge to selvedge, or, in the case of the warp, are not continuous from end to end of the piece (NOTE.—Revises decision on page 645 of Tariff-book) As muslins (182) .. .. 20 per cent.
