Prohibiting all Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of August, 1929.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

The South-western Side of Portion of Fagan Street, in the Town District of Bulls, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of August, 1929.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Bulls Town Board on the thirteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz.:—
“The Bulls Town Board, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Town District of Bulls, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of street known as Fagan Street adjoining Lots 55, 58, and 59 of Block A on a plan of the Township of Bulls ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of Fagan Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE south-western side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, Town District of Bulls, known as Fagan Street, fronting Lots 55, 58, and 59 of Block A, Township of Bulls. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 75374, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

The South-western Side of Portion of Sidey Street, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of August, 1929.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the ninth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, viz.:—
“The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the south-western side of that portion of Sidey Street (formerly called South Avenue) beginning at a point 199·08 links from its junction with Hopper Street and extending for a distance of 67·42 links, being the part of Sidey Street fronting part of Town Section 70, or as more particularly delineated on Certificate of Title, Volume 80, folio 4, in office of District Land Registrar, Wellington ”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of Sidey Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

Regulations under the Music-teachers Registration Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of August, 1929.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Music-teachers Registration Act, 1928 (hereinafter called “the said Act”), and of all other powers enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth make the regulations hereinafter set forth; and, with the like advice and consent, doth prescribe that the said regulations shall come into force on the date of publication of this Order in Council in the Gazette.

REGULATIONS.
- EVERY application for registration as a music-teacher shall be made in the form numbered 1 in the First Schedule hereto.
- All indications in the said form numbered 1 as to the nature of the information to be furnished thereby and the action to be taken in completing the form shall be deemed to be matters prescribed by these regulations.
- The Board may require evidence to be furnished to it by written statement, statutory declaration, or otherwise, of the identity, age, good character and reputation, qualification for registration, or any other matter on which the Board is entitled to be informed in respect of any applicant for registration.
- Any document submitted with an application for registration may be returned to the applicant by registered-post letter to the address stated in the application pursuant to subsection (1) of section 13 of the said Act, or to an address
