A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Waitemata Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 acres 0 roods 16 perches.
Portion of Allotment S 14, Paremoremo Parish, situated in Block VI, Waitemata Survey District. (S.O. 25009.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4440, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2329, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of August, 1929.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-third day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 27, of the twenty-ninth day of the same month, page 882, and registered in the District Land Registrar’s Office, as No. 1801, defining the middle-line of the Palmerston North Deviation of the Palmerston North – Woodville Branch of the Wellington–Napier Railway.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of August, 1929.
