NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between us, the undersigned, carrying on business as Motor Engineers at Hawera, in the Provincial District of Taranaki, under the style or firm of “Hone and Ferguson,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 30th day of June, 1929.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LANDS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the District of Otago has resolved, and proposes to take, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, and the amendments thereof, the lands specified in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of a public school: And notice is hereby further given that a plan showing the lands required to be taken and the name of the owners and occupiers of such lands is deposited at the office of the Board, Moray Place, Dunedin, and is open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours: And the Board calls upon all persons affected to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such lands, and to send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Board, addressed to the Secretary thereof.

THE SCHEDULE HEREINBEFORE REFERRED TO.

All that parcel of land situated in the Otago Peninsula District containing two (2) acres two (2) roods, more or less, being part of Sections numbered thirteen (13) and eight hundred and fifty-two R (852R), Block seven (VII), delineated on the public map of the said district, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.
