the said Lot 1 to a point on the boundary of the special area, as defined by resolution of the Board dated the 17th day of April, 1923, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 37, dated the 26th day of April, 1923, and proceeding along the said boundary in a north-westerly, south-westerly, and south-easterly direction to a point on the North Wairarapa Stream on the prolongation of a line forming the south-eastern boundary of Lot 23, D.P. 5841; thence north-easterly across Wirksworth Road to the southern corner of the said Lot 23; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of the said Lot 23 to the northern corner of Lot 21, D.P. 5841; thence north-westerly to the southern corner of Lot 3, D.P. 8162; thence in the same direction generally along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 23 and 24, D.P. 5841, to the south-eastern boundary of Lot 25, D.P. 5841; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of the said Lot 25 to the south-western side of Wairarapa Road; thence north-westerly along the south-western side of the said Wairarapa Road to a point in prolongation of the line forming the north-western boundary of Lot 7, D.P.D.R. 5168; thence north-easterly across Wairarapa Road and along the north-western boundary of the said Lot 7 to a point 250 links distant from the north-eastern side of Wairarapa Road; thence south-westerly by a line parallel to the north-eastern side of the said Wairarapa Road to the south-eastern boundary of Lot 9, D.P.D.R. 5168; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of the said Lot 9 to the eastern corner thereof; thence continuing in a north-easterly direction generally and along the line forming the north-western boundaries of the land contained in D.P. 2444, D.P. 3832, D.P. 1656, and D.P. 2075, to a point 300 links south-west of the south-western side of Harewood Road; thence in a north-westerly direction by a line parallel to the south-western side of the said Harewood Road to a point in prolongation of the line forming the south-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 2354; thence in a north-easterly direction across Harewood Road, and along the boundary of the said Lot 1, and continuing in the same line along the south-eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 1477, to and across Langdon’s Road to the commencing-point.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
All that area of land situated in the Christchurch Survey District as contained within the boundary hereinafter described:—
Commencing on the eastern side of the North Road at a point in the prolongation of a line forming the northern boundary of Lot 17, D.P. 691, and proceeding westerly across the said North Road and along the northern boundary of the said Lot 17 to the north-western corner thereof; thence in the same direction generally and parallel to the north side of Tucker’s Road to the eastern boundary of the North Railway; thence south-westerly along the boundary of the said railway to a point 250 links north of the northern side of Northcote Road; thence easterly by a line parallel to and 250 links distant from the northern side of the said Northcote Road to the eastern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 5435; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of the said Lot 5, to the north-western corner of Lot 4, D.P. 5435; thence easterly along the northern boundaries of the said Lot 4 and Lots 3 and 2, D.P. 5435, to a point 250 links west of the western side of the North Road; thence northerly in a line parallel to and 250 links distant from the western side of the said North Road to the northern boundary of Lot 6, D.P. 5435; thence easterly along the northern boundary of the said Lot 6, and across the North Road to the eastern side thereof; thence northerly along the eastern side of the said North Road to the commencing-point.
THIRD SCHEDULE.
All that area of land situated in the Christchurch Survey District comprising part of Rural Section 825 and part of Rural Section 840, and as contained within the boundary hereinafter described:—
Commencing on the western side of Wirksworth Road at a point in prolongation of the line forming the southern boundary of Lot 32, D.P. 5841, and proceeding westerly in the same line to a point 250 links distant from the western side of said Wirksworth Road; thence southerly and parallel to the western side of the said Wirksworth Road to a point 250 links north of the north side of Webb’s Road; thence westerly parallel to the north side of the said Webb’s Road to a point 250 links north-east of the north-eastern side of that part of Webb’s Road parallel to the South Wairarapa Stream; thence north-westerly by a line parallel to the north-eastern side of the last-mentioned part of Webb’s Road to a point on the boundary of the special area as defined by resolution of the Board dated the 17th day of April, 1923, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 37, dated the 26th day of April, 1923; thence north-easterly along the said boundary to the North Wairarapa Stream, and continuing in the same line to the western side of Wirksworth Road; thence southerly along the western side of the said Wirksworth Road to the commencing-point.
FOURTH SCHEDULE.
All that area of land situated in the Christchurch Survey District as contained within the boundary hereinafter described:—
Commencing at a point on the boundary between Rural Section 6754 and Rural Section 5382, such point being 250 links distant from the north-western side of Page’s Road, and proceeding in a north-westerly direction along the said boundary between Rural Section 6754 and Rural Section 5382 to the southern corner of the land contained in certificate of title, vol. 147, folio 232; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of the land contained in the said certificate of title, Vol. 147, folio 232, to the south-western boundary of Lot 19, D.P. 878; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of the said Lot 19 to the southern corner of Lot 20, D.P. 878; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of the said Lot 20 to the south-western side of Shortland Street; thence north-westerly along the south-western side of the said Shortland Street to a point 250 links south-east of the south-eastern side of Wainoni Road; thence south-westerly by a line parallel to the south-eastern side of the said Wainoni Road to the south-western boundary of Rural Section 6754; thence south-easterly along the south-western boundary of the said Rural Sections 6754 to a point north-east of and 250 links distant from the north-western side of Page’s Road; thence north-easterly by a line parallel to the north-western side of the said Page’s Road to the commencing-point.
FIFTH SCHEDULE.
All that area of land situated in the Christchurch Survey District as contained within the boundary hereinafter described:—
Commencing at a point on the right bank of the River Heathcote at its intersection with the southern side of Rose Street, and proceeding in a south-easterly and north-easterly direction along the said right bank to a point in prolongation of a line forming the north-eastern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 1968; thence north-westerly to the eastern corner and along the north-eastern boundary of the said Lot 5 to the northern corner thereof; thence south-westerly along the north-eastern boundaries of the said Lot 5 and Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 1968, to the western corner of the said Lot 7; thence in a north-westerly direction along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 12, D.P. 1968, to the southern side of Rose Street; thence in a westerly direction along the southern side of Rose Street to the commencing-point.
SIXTH SCHEDULE.
All that area of land situated in the Christchurch Survey District as contained within the boundary hereinafter described:—
Commencing at a point on the Papanui Drain at the western corner of the land contained in certificate of title, vol. 143, folio 256, such point being on the boundary of the special area as defined by resolution of the Board bearing date the 17th day of April, 1923, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 37, dated the 26th day of April, 1923, and proceeding north-easterly generally along the said boundary to the eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 3295, on the southern side of Winter’s Road; thence westerly across the said Winter’s Road to the south-western corner of Lot 5, D.P. 1750; thence southerly across the said Winter’s Road and continuing in the same line to and across Tutton’s Road to the northern corner of Lot 13, D.P. 7349; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary of the said Lot 13 to the western corner thereof; thence south-east along the south-western boundary of the said Lot 13 to the eastern corner of Lot 17, D.P. 2573; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of the said Lot 17 to and across Meadow Street to the eastern corner of Lot 16, D.P. 2573, and continuing in the same direction along the south-eastern boundary of the said Lot 16 to the southern corner thereof; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundaries of the said Lot 16 and Lot 14, D.P. 2573, to the western corner of the said Lot 14; thence south-westerly in a straight line to and across Green’s Road to the northern corner of Lot 9, D.P. 3068; thence in the same direction along the north-western boundary of the said Lot 9 to the western corner thereof; thence continuing in a straight line in the same direction to the Papanui Drain at the eastern corner of Lot 22, D.P. 8603; thence south-easterly along the said Papanui Drain to the commencing-point.
