NOTICE.
ERIC VINE, Esquire, of Lautoka, Fiji, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Fiji, has this day been appointed by the Honourable Michael Myers, Chief Justice of New Zealand, a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in Fiji under the 47th section of the Judicature Act, 1908, for the purpose of administering and taking all such oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.

Notice respecting Proposed Alteration of Boundaries.—Mount Roskill Road District.
Department of Internal Affairs,
Wellington, 9th August, 1929.
IT is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General, under the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto may be excluded from the Mount Roskill Road District and included in the City of Auckland. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the proposed alteration of boundaries which they desire to lodge within one month from the first publication of this notice, such objections or petitions to be addressed to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington.
SCHEDULE.
AREA TO BE EXCLUDED FROM THE MOUNT ROSKILL ROAD DISTRICT AND INCLUDED IN THE CITY OF AUCKLAND.
ALL that area, comprising approximately 3,370 acres, situated in the Provincial District of Auckland, and being the southern portion of the Mount Roskill Road District, bounded commencing at a point at the junction of Mount Albert Road and Vincent Road, being the most northerly point in the said Mount Roskill Road District by a line following the Mount Albert Road to the junction of Hayr Road; thence along Hayr Road to the junction of Ranfurly Terrace; thence along Ranfurly Terrace; thence along the western and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 62 of Allotment 6 of Section 13, Suburbs of Auckland; thence along the south-eastern boundaries of said Lot 62 and of Lots 63 and 64 of said Allotment 6 to the northern boundary of Lot 18 of the said Allotment 6; thence along such northern boundary of Lot 18 and the northern boundary of Section 5A to Hillsborough Road; thence along Hillsborough Road to the southern boundary of the Roman Catholic Orphanage Home property, being part of Lot 11 of Allotments 4 and 5 of said Section 13; thence along such boundary to the Queenstown Road; thence along Trafalgar Street to the eastern boundary of the said Mount Roskill Road District, and along that boundary to the Manukau Harbour; thence following the existing boundaries of the Mount Roskill Road District to the commencing-point.
