HIS Excellency the Governor-General has, in pursuance of section 49 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, been pleased to appoint

David John Gardiner

as members of the Ongarue Domain Board, in place of Frederick Herbert Sims, deceased, and Percival Jackson, resigned; and in pursuance of section 46 of the said Act has been pleased to appoint

Lawry Hamilton Knight and
Harold Leslie McMillan

as additional members of the Board.

to be Clerk of the Magistrates’ Court at Waitara for the purposes of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1928, as from the 1st day of September, 1929.
